Nominations Now Open for the 2024-2025 BCSF Snowmobile Excellence Awards
The British Columbia Snowmobile Federation (BCSF) is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2024-2025 BCSF Snowmobile Excellence Awards. This prestigious annual program recognizes outstanding contributions to the sport of snowmobiling across British Columbia.
The BCSF Snowmobile Excellence Awards honor individuals, snowmobile clubs, associations, and businesses that have made a significant impact on snowmobiling in the province. Whether through showcasing the sport's popularity, promoting solidarity and responsibility within the snowmobile community, or offering exceptional service to snowmobilers, these awards celebrate the dedication of those who help make snowmobiling a vital and thriving recreational activity in BC.
Award Categories
The following categories are open for nominations:
Youth of the Year
Groomer of the Year
Family of the Year
Snowmobiler of the Year
Dealership of the Year
Tourism Promotion and Development
Snowmobile Club of the Year
How to Nominate
Riders are invited to submit nominations for any of the categories listed above to their local snowmobile club. Nominees must be in good standing with the snowmobile club, and the club will review all submissions at the local level. Each club will then forward one nominee per category to the BCSF using the online form available in Club Connect, by no later than February 16th, 2025.
The more detailed the nomination, the better the committee will be able to evaluate the candidate's qualifications, so we encourage thorough submissions.
Snowmobile Club of the Year nominations are open to the general public. This category can be submitted directly using the online form available HERE. The deadline for all submissions is midnight, February 16th, 2025.
Award Winners
The winners from each category will be forwarded to the Canadian Council of Snowmobile Organizations (CCSO) for inclusion in the Canadian Snowmobile Excellence Awards. These prestigious awards will be presented at the Annual International Snowmobile Congress.
