Apply to Shine: Host the 60th BCSF AGM & Awards Gala in 2025!

Introduction: The BC Snowmobile Federation (BCSF) is gearing up for its Annual General Meeting & Awards Gala, a highlight in the snowmobiling calendar. This prestigious event rotates across different communities each spring, bringing together clubs, enthusiasts, and industry leaders for a weekend of celebration and collaboration. And this year, as we mark the 60th anniversary of the BCSF, the occasion holds even greater significance.

Event Details: The 2025 AGM will cap off a month-long celebration across the province, culminating in a spectacular weekend from March 21-23, 2025. We're searching for a host club with deep ties to snowmobiling history or the BCSF to help us make this milestone event unforgettable.

  • Economic Boost: Hosting the event injects tourism dollars, typically exceeding $30,000, into your community.

  • Provincial Spotlight: Your club and community will be showcased on the provincial stage, gaining recognition within the snowmobiling community.

  • Revenue Generation Opportunities: The event presents valuable opportunities for your club to raise funds through various activities.

  • Community Unity and Pride: Hosting fosters a sense of unity and pride as local businesses and volunteers come together to support snowmobiling and your club.

Requirements for Host Club: The host club will assist the BCSF research a suitable venue for accommodation, meeting space, catering, and other logistical support. Additionally, volunteers will participate in the planning committee and assist during the event.
