Applications Open For 2024 BCSF AGM Host Community

The BCSF is seeking a host club for the 2024 Annual General Meeting and awards night scheduled for April 6-8, 2024. 

The BC Snowmobile Federation holds its Annual General Meeting & Awards Gala in a different community each spring allowing clubs to meet with the board, network amongst those in attendance, and share information. This is also the time when new board members are voted into the Federation and we celebrate the contributions of volunteers and industry partners at the banquet gala. 

Benefits of hosting the 2024 Spring BCSF Meetings: 

  • Tourism dollars for your community usually in excess of $30,000 for the weekend

  • Showing off your community and club to the province

  • Opportunity for your club to do fundraising with 50-50, door prizes, liquor service, auctions, etc.

Application process:

The full host community requirement package can be reviewed HERE. Interested parties are invited to submit their application no later than June 15, 2023 using the form HERE.  A decision on the host club will be announced by July 31st, 2023.
