BCSF AGM, Club Congress, and Excellence Awards Gala

The BC Snowmobile Federation is excited to announce that Kelowna, BC will be the host city for our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), with the Kelowna Snowmobile Club proudly serving as the event host. Mark your calendars, March 27–29, 2026, for a weekend of learning, collaboration, and celebration with snowmobilers from across the province.


SCHEDULE

 

Friday, March 27 – Club Congress – A day dedicated to sharing knowledge, discussing challenges, and building solutions together.

Saturday, March 28Annual General Meeting & Excellence Awards Gala – Business in the morning, celebration in the evening as we honor the best in BC’s snowmobile community.

Sunday, March 29Club Ride – Hit the trails with the Kelowna Snowmobile Club and see firsthand the incredible riding this region has to offer.

GOVERNMENT PANNEL: A discussion with elected officials focused on how clubs can strengthen relationships, navigate government, and advocate effectively for their communities.

DEREK BANNISTER: As owner of six BC dealerships, Derek brings industry perspective on business growth, customer loyalty, and how strong partnerships between clubs and dealerships strengthen the sport.

AVALANCHE PROFESSIONAL PANNEL: Learn from riders who are both avalanche professionals and club leaders as they share real-world insights on building effective avalanche safety plans.

KRUZ GARWASIUK: A 12-year-old freestyle motocross athlete with GlobalFMX and lifelong rider, Kruz brings the next generation’s voice to organized snowmobiling and speaks to the importance of youth engagement in clubs.

ACERA INSURANCE: Acera Insurance will provide their annual update to clubs and share critical guidance on record keeping and reporting practices that reduce risk before, during, and after an incident.

INTER-MTN SIGNAGE: A leading North American manufacturer and BCSF Corporate Partner, Inter-Mtn Signage will explore the technical considerations behind effective trail signage and highlight the BCSF Partner Program that helps clubs access compliant, durable, and cost-effective solutions.

Based in the Okanagan Valley, the Kelowna Snowmobile Club manages groomed trails and warm-up shelters across the Graystokes and Myra Bellevue riding zones, offering riders access to over 300 km of terrain and scenic alpine vistas. Nestled in the vibrant city of Kelowna—surrounded by wineries, lakes, mountains and warm-dry winters—the region pairs big-mountain adventure with great amenities, making it a perfect destination for the 2027 BCSF Annual General Meeting.
