We are excited to announce that the 2025 BC Snowmobile Federation (BCSF) Annual General Meeting, Conferences, and Excellence Awards Gala will be held in Squamish, BC, from March 21-23, 2025. This special event is a cooperative effort with the Black Tusk Snowmobile Club (Squamish, BC) and the Powder Mountain Snowmobile Club (Whistler, BC).

This year’s gathering is particularly significant as we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the BCSF. For six decades, the BCSF has been the voice of organized snowmobiling in British Columbia, advocating for the interests of snowmobile enthusiasts and promoting safe, responsible riding practices.

The weekend will bring together club delegates and industry stakeholders from around the province for several days of meetings, discussions, and celebrations. The Annual General Meeting and Conferences provide a unique opportunity for members to share ideas, discuss challenges, and shape the future of snowmobiling in BC. The Excellence Awards Gala will honor the outstanding contributions and achievements within our snowmobile community.

Hosting the event in Squamish, nestled in the breathtaking Coast Mountains, offers an unparalleled backdrop for our festivities. This region is renowned for its stunning landscapes, diverse terrain, and endless opportunities for adventure. From cityscapes to mountain summits, the west coast of British Columbia provides a perfect setting to weave together our snowmobile community.
